Good day

FINAL EXAMS FOR GRADE 12:

We would like to wish all the grade 12 learners good luck for the final exam.  Study thoroughly and make sure you do your utmost best for the final exam.

Thank you to all the grade 12 teachers for their dedication and effort during this abnormal year.  Our grade 12 learners are well-prepared and we are very proud of each teacher for the timeless effort they have put in.

SCHOOL FEES:

November 2020 fees had to be paid by the 3rd of November.  If you are not certain about your account, please feel free to email Me. Heidi van der Merwe at fees@cvc.africa .  The year is at its end and we also need to finalize space and accounts for 2021.  All 2020 fees need to be paid up by now.  Please sort out your account to avoid problems when reports are handed out.

MENTIONED IN PREVIOUS LETTER:  END OF THE YEAR ARRANGEMENTS:

The end of the year is approaching very fast now.  There are still some parents that didn’t bring their accounts up to date with the amount outstanding yet.  Due to the fact that we will not be able to have all the parents owing to come to school and make the final payment in November/December to collect the report, all fees must be paid up before the 3rd of November 2020.  If your account is still in arrears after the 3rd of November 2020, your account will be handed over and you will have to collect your child’s report from the attorneys in Pretoria-North.  So we do ask that you make sure that your account is settled in full by the 3rd of November 2020 when November 2020’s school fees must be paid.

Please send a mail to fees@cvc.africa (for attention Heidi vd Merwe), if you have any queries relating to your account.  Make sure your use your child’s account number as reference when sending a mail.
