Good day to all parents
We do hope and trust that every one is taking care of each other and themselves. We need to make sure that we do every thing in our power to keep us safe and healthy.
ILL/SICK LEARNERS:
If your child is not feeling well or is ill, please keep him/her at home. Contact the teacher and arrange that your child’s work will be send via email to you. Learners that show flu/cold symptoms must also stay at home. There are too many parents that are sending children to school that are coughing. We can not diagnose a learner therefore we call the parents to take an ill/sick learner to the doctor. Remember to hand in the proof of a positive test or a letter from the Doctor to re-write any missed test/s.
BUSES:
The strikes are starting to take effect on the bus routes. We just want to inform you that the buses will not enter any area where there is a strike. The safety of our learners and drivers are very important and we will not jeopardize it at all. The bus will, where possible, make use of alternative routes. But many times, it is not possible for the bus to use alternative routes. Bus drivers will inform the parents about the situations if it occurs.
Let us hope and pray that our buses will be able to continue like normal.
SCHOOL FEES:
Please make sure that your account is up to date. If you have any queries about your account, send an email to fees@cvc.africa (primary school) and hsfees@cvc.africa (high school).
It stays your responsibility to make sure that your account is correct. Check the statement every month to avoid any problems at the end of the year.
It is of utmost importance to use the correct family code when paying school fees. School fees are allocated to learner account according to family code. No family code no allocation. Wrong family code, wrong allocation. As per contract, interest is charged monthly on outstanding accounts.
RE-REGISTRATION FORMS FOR 2025:
All the re-registration forms must be in at the office. We are busy capturing all the re-registrations to be able to do the necessary planning for the next academic year.
