It is almost the end of the term and there are still many things to finalize before the school closes on the 31st of March 2017
IMPORTANT DATES:

31 MARCH 2017:
On this day there will be no formal teaching taking place at school. School will be open until 11h00 for learners whose parents have a problem with them and needs to go to work, but remember school is out at 11h00. THERE WILL BE NO BUS TRANSPORT ON FRIDAY 31ST OF MARCH 2017. If you would like your child to attend school on this day, you will have to transport him/her yourself. The tuckshop will also be closed for the day.
SCHOOL FEES:
Remember that your school fees for April needs to be paid on or before the 3rd of April 2017. Make sure your reference is correct.
WINTER UNIFORM:
The winter is around the corner and we would like to inform you in advance that all learners must wear full winter uniform as from 1st of May 2017. If you haven’t bought the winter uniform yet, it is available from Silver Cross, Madelief Centre. If you are not sure, please check the diary for uniform.
APPLICATIONS FOR 2018 (DV):
Re-registration will open on the 18th of April 2017 (2nd term). All learners will receive the relevant information regarding the application process before the school closes.
We do ask that all current learners will re-register as soon as you receive the letter. We will not register any learner after the cut-off date. We will not be able to register many new learners for 2018.
Learners who had problems paying school fees during the year will not be registered for 2018. These learners will not receive an application form for the next academic year. Also remember that learners that gave discipline problems or were involved in serious offences will not be registered for the next academic year, this includes bad behaviour at school.
SCHOOL CLOSES:
School will be closing on the 31st of March 2017 at 11h00. Please make sure that you arrange with the after care or taxi transport to pick your child up at 11h00 and not later.

All important dates for term 2 will follow in next week’s letter. (Parent days, report days)
