Instructions for Registration – New Parents

We are delighted that you are considering enrolling your child at our school! To begin the registration process, please visit the school office to collect the official registration forms. These forms must be completed in full and returned along with the required supporting documents.

How to register:

Collect Registration Form from School

Complete the Registration Form

Pay Registration Fee

Return completed form and supporting document

Important Documents Required (Grade R – 12):

Learner’s Birth Certificate

(certified copy)

Latest School Report

Immunisation/Clinic Card

(proof of vaccinations)

ID copies of both parents/guardians

Transfer Letter

(for learners coming from another school)

2X Identification Photos of the new learner

Please Note

Please ensure that the Registration Form and Contract are signed and completed by both parents or by a parent and guardian before submission. BOTH PARENETS/ GAURDIANS MUST SIGN THE CONTRACT!

The registration fee must be paid upon application submission to secure your child’s space — there is no waiting period.
