EXAMINATION: (very important)
Exam is going very well. We do hope that all learners were thoroughly prepared for all papers and that they will get the results they deserve after putting in effort during the year and exam.
IMPORTANT DATES:

| 1 December 2023 | Last day buses will be running. School closes today for learners at 10h00. Grade 1 – 7 learners will get their reports today. |
| 4 December 2023 | Reports Gr 8 & 9 (self transport to fetch report) Time: 8h00 – 9h00 |
| 5 December 2023 | Reports Gr 10 & 11 (self transport to fetch report) Time: 8h00 – 9h00 |
| 8 December 2023 | School and office close at 10h00. |
| 15 January 2024 | Office opens at 7h00 |
| 16 January 2024 | Open day for Gr R – grade 3 8h00 – 10h00 |
| 17 January 2024 | School re-opens for learners |
Accounts that were handed over – reports are only available from MP attorneys and debt collectors. You need to visit their office to finalize your account and to get the report. It will NOT BE AVAILABLE AT SCHOOL.
SCHOOL FEES:
It is almost the end of the year and the last fees for 2023 had to be paid. Parents that did not yet pay for November or those who are in arrears need to make payment ASAP to avoid steps. We are busy finalizing all payments so that we can hand files over to the collectors, with costs. Learner accounts that are handed over will have to collect reports from the collectors in Pretoria-North and not from the school. There offices will be closing on the 14th December 2023
Learner files that will be handed over will also receive a final notice to remind you that your child will not be able to re-register for 2024. If you did re-register, the registration will be cancelled immediately with the file handed over.
We do ask parents that did not yet pay to do so promptly. Please do all administration queries before the school closes on the 8th of December for the holidays. Nobody will be available until the 15th of January when the office re-opens. All learners whose files were handed over will have to wait until the offices of the collectors opens in January 2024. We will not be able to help those parents with space at all.

GRADE R – 3 STATIONERY FOR 2024:
We just remind the parents of Gr R – 3 that the stationery money needs to be paid on the latest with the January 2024 school fees (on or before 3 January 2024). You will receive a sms with the details for the stationery and payment.
If you are not sure, please contact the office for further information. Office closes on the 8th of December at 10h00.
General:
If you have any administration questions pleas make sure you sort it out before the 8th of December 2023.
