Exams are going very well.

SCHOOL FEES: (also in previous letters)

All school fees for the year need to be paid up by the 3^rd of November 2022. If you have paid in full for the year, we would like to thank you for that. But unfortunately, there are accounts that are still in arrears that will be handed over and the space will be cancelled immediately. To avoid that your child’s space is cancelled immediately bring the account up to date.

All parents did receive an account. If you have any queries on the account, contact me Heidi vd Merwe ASAP and don’t wait until the reports need to go out. You can see now if there are a problem with your account. You can also email her at fees@cvc.africa to sort out a problem on the account. DON’T WAIT UNTIL LATER, DO IT NOW TO AVOID ANY PROBLEMS. Learners will come with the bus on the 2^nd of December to fetch their reports from school. They will be leaving from school at 9h30 to be dropped off again. Make the necessary arrangements that there will be someone at the drop off to get your child.

Accounts that are handed over will have to fetch the report from the debt collectors and not from school.

25 November 2022	Graduation Ceremony for GR R Only learners. No parents. All parents will receive a memory stick of ceremony.
25 November 2022	Last day the buses will pick up and drop of learners
2 December 2022	Buses will pick up learner’s normal times to get their reports from school and will be leaving at 9h30 to drop them off again.
2 December 2022	School is closing for learners today at 9h30. Office closes at 10h00
7 December 2022	School and office closing today at 10h00
9 January 2023	Office opens today at 7h00 – 11h00
10 January 2023	Open day Gr R & 3 – 8h00 till 10h00 Office closes 11h00
11 January 2023	School re-opens for the new year 2023
11 January 2023	All learners must have all stationery required and all books and text books required.
9 January 2023 – 13 January 2023	Drivers will be at school, at main gate for any queries. 9 & 10 January from 7h00 till 11h00 11 January – 13 January 8h00 till 111h00
11 January 2023 – 13 January 2023	School will be out at 12h00 We need to make sure all learners are on the right buses and it takes time. Own transport learners can be fetched at 11h45 for the 3 days.
16 January 2023	Normal school hours. School out at 14h00
