Make sure your re-registration fee is paid. If not yet paid, please contact the office immediately.
IMPORTANT DATES:
| 23 October 2025 | CVC grade 12 final exam starts today |
| 3 November 2025 | Exam starts for Gr 4 – 11: school out at 13h00 |
| 20 November 2025 | Grade R Graduation: Ave on Iris |
| 21 November 2025 | Exam ends for Grade 4 – 12 This will also be the last day for buses to pick up and drop off learners. School will be open, but parents need to drop off and pick up themselves. Learners must be picked up not later than 12h00 after the 21st of November. |
Remember that school will be out earlier during exam time. If you child is making use of own transport, please remember to remind the taxi, creche about the arrangement. No supervision from 13h15 in the afternoons.
EXAM:
During exam time, all learners need to obey all exam and school rules. Learners that are not correctly dressed will not be allowed to enter the exam room until all rules are met. Parents need to make sure your child is correctly dressed before leaving home.
Learners are not allowed to take any bags into the exam room. A transparent pencil case is allowed on the desk. No other pencil cases. No cell phones, please leave it at home. No smart watches.
We will be very strict and will not tolerate any problems at all.
All learners did receive an exam time table and exam scope. Make sure your child study and will be thoroughly prepared for every paper. Please help your child to prepare for the exam. Ask questions and help them make summaries for the subjects.
