LATE COMING:
We are having a problem with learners that are late for school every morning.
Late comers will be kept in the waiting area until the end of the first period. Then they can go to class. We don’t want to disturb learners while busy with a lesson. Make sure you drop your child at school not later than 7h30. It is important that your child is on time every day.
PARKING IN FRONT OF SCHOOL:
If you drop off or pick up your child, DON’T PARK IN FRONT of the neighbours’ gates. They struggle to leave their houses if their gates are blocked by cars.
PHOTO ORDERS:
The last day to put in an order for photos will be the 20th of February 2023. Make sure your order is in by then.
SCHOOL FEES:
It is important to make sure that your school fees are paid before or on the 3rd of each month. If you receive a statement, check it and if there are any problems please send a detailed email for fees@cvc.africa for attention Heidi vd Merwe.
Make sure you use the correct family code when paying your child’s school fees.
If you don’t use a family code as reference, we can’t allocate the money to your child’s account.
PAWS FOR THE CAUSE: Gr 1 – 12
We would like to thank each learner that contributed to the Donation drive for the Animal Shelters. It is with the motivation of the class teacher that we are able to make it a success. This project will be running until the end of Term 1. All donations will go to the shelter on the Friday, 14th of April 2023. All donations will go to
ONE STOP ANIMAL RESCUE.

SPACE IN SCHOOL:
As most of you know, we have a very serious problem with space in our Area. We at CVC tried to accommodate learners as far as possible. At this stage we are over-crowded in same classes. We will have no other choice than to reduce the number of learners. Please take note that we will not tolerate bad behaviour. Learners who are not interested in learning and doing homework will not be accommodated in the following year. Further notice in this regard will be sent out later.
