NEWSLETTER 3 | TERM 1 – 2021

Good day to all parents

Hope and trust that you also had a blessed week!  We are busy and on schedule with all our work.  We are very proud to say that all our learners are doing their best and are working hard every day.

DIARIES:

All learners did receive a school diary.  Please read through it and complete and sign on the relevant pages.  Learners must have the diary at school every day.

SCHOOL FEES:

All fees are payable before or on the 3rd of each month.  If you did not pay your February 2021 school fees yet, please do so ASAP.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE THE CORRECT FAMILY CODE WHEN MAKING A PAYMENT.  We can’t allocate any deposits if we don’t know for who the payment was.

We also want to make use of this opportunity to thank all the parents that have already paid on time.  We really appreciate it.

COVID-19:

Please put an extra mask in your child’s bag. (Mark the mask clearly)

Remember to wear your mask at all times.  Keep social distancing and sanitize or wash hands regularly.  This will help contain the spread of the virus and also keep all safe.

AFTER SCHOOL:

If you pick your child up after school, make sure to keep social distancing outside of the school premises.  We are not responsible for any person outside of the school premises.  Wear your mask and sanitize.  It is in the best interest of our children and parents that we at all times adhere to these rules.

SICK LEARNERS:

If your child is not feeling well or have flu symptoms, please take him/her to the doctor immediately.  Keep them at home until they are well again.  Communicate with the teacher so that your child can get all the work until he/she returns to school again.  It is a very good idea to have your child take vitamins every day to boost their immune system.  If a child is ill, it does not mean that he/she has COVID, but it is important to take them to the doctor or keep them at home until they are well again.  There are other illnesses that is also going around (normal flu, normal colds, allergies etc)

LATE COMERS:

Still too many learners arrive late.  They miss out on work done and disturb the rest.  Registers are done at 7h45 – 07h50.  Your child needs to be dropped off not later than 7h30 like stipulated in the previous letters.

GENERAL:

We would like to thank everyone for the way that all embrace the changes to make sure all our staff and learners are safe.

Regards and enjoy your weekend.
