SCHOOL FEES:
November 2020 fees had to be paid by the 3rd of November. If you are not certain about your account, please feel free to email Me. Heidi van der Merwe at fees@cvc.africa . The year is at its end and we also need to finalize space and accounts for 2021. All 2020 fees need to be paid up by now. Please sort out your account to avoid problems when reports are handed out. If your account has been handed over for collection, please contact the collectors and make sure the money is paid up to avoid any problems at the end of the year.
MENTIONED IN PREVIOUS LETTER: END OF THE YEAR ARRANGEMENTS:
The end of the year is approaching very fast now. There are still some parents that didn’t bring their accounts up to date with the amount outstanding yet. Due to the fact that we will not be able to have all the parents owing to come to school and make the final payment in November/December to collect the report, all fees must be paid up before the 3rd of November 2020. If your account is still in arrears after the 3rd of November 2020, your account will be handed over and you will have to collect your child’s report from the attorneys in Pretoria-North. So we do ask that you make sure that your account is settled in full by the 3rd of November 2020 when November 2020’s school fees must be paid.

Charlton Vos will open on the 13th of January 2021 for learners. The office will be open from 6 January 2021 from 9h00.
STATIONERY 2021:
All learners received lists for stationery for 2021. Those prices are from Protea Books in Hatfield. You can still buy the stationery from any outlet that stock the correct textbooks. Grade RR – Grade 3 stationery will be available at school. We are not affiliated with any bookstore at all. Make sure that your child is ready with all stationery the first day of 2021 when school re-opens.
Grade RR – grade 3 stationery:
As the 2021 academic year is peeping around the corner, we want to forward the following about the 2021 stationery.
To financially accommodate parents, we decided to keep the stationery amount per grade at the prices of 2020.

Each learner from Gr RR to Gr 3 will receive a letter concerning the stationery for 2021. Please make sure you pay into the correct account when you make an EFT or bank deposit the stationery fee.
You can buy your own stationery, but make sure you read the letter about stationery carefully. Also make sure that you buy the exact same brand to avoid disappointment later.
RE-REGISTRATION FOR 2021:
We would like to thank all those parents that did send back the re-registration form for 2021. But there are still parents that did not send it back to school. We can’t extend the due any longer. Spaces will be cancelled if your re-registration form is not back, and then we will be enrolling new learners in those spaces for 2021.
GENERAL:
As you know the State of disaster was extended until the 15th of December last night. We do ask that all of Charlton Vos will keep on wearing masks, keep social distance and sanitize or wash hands. It is of utmost importance that we stay healthy and safe.
