RESPECT AND BEHAVIOUR:
It is very important that our learners are respectful towards adults and fellow learners.
We do ask that you please speak to your sons about respect and behaviour towards girls. How must I as a boy/man treat a girl/woman? This is a very important aspect that needs to be addressed often. The basic common rules of treating each other needs to be instilled in our youth.
SCHOOL UNIFORM:
There are many learners that are not dressed according to school rules. Please make sure that your child, Gr R – Gr 12 is correctly dressed every day. Learners that are not wearing the correct school uniform will be kept in the office until parents bring correct uniform or fetch the child from school. We will not be tolerating learners that doesn’t obey the school rules. Rules must be obeyed at all times.
CLASS DISCIPLINE:
It is really important that all learners behave in the class. We will not tolerate disruptive learners in class. Learners know they enter a class, stand behind their chair, greet teacher and then sit down. Learners are not allowed to walk around in class or on the premises during teaching time. They need to be in their classes until bell rings for next period. Learners that are not going to listen to the teacher or obey the school rules will be taken out and parents will be phoned immediately. Such learner will not go back to class if parents did not see the principal. We will have order in the school and classes at all times.
CAREER EXPO FOR GR 9 & 11 LEARNERS:
Our grade 9 and 11 learners attended a CAREER Expo yesterday. It was very fruitful and gave them a good idea of which subjects they need to have for certain career choices. Also, where they must go study for the specific career choice. Thank you Mr Hanno Nel for all the arrangements.
