VACCINATION FOR RUBELLA VACCINE:
The department of Health will be visiting our school on the 15th of September.
South Africa has recently introduced a new Rubella vaccine which is combined with a measles vaccine. All children between the ages of 1 year and 15 years have never received this Measles Rubella Vaccination and remain at risk of rubella viral infection.
All learners, grade R to 15 years will be vaccinated on the 15th of September. All learners between these ages will receive a form in the next few days. This form needs to be complete and send back to school.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS AT SCHOOL ON THIS DAY. They will only visit the school on this specific day, no other day.
X2Y CAREER DAY:
This day was very informative for the grade 9 and grade 11 learners. They have a better idea now about subject choices and career choices. Thank you Mr Hanno Nel for arranging this day.
GRADE 9 PARENT INFORMATION MEETING FOR SUBJECT CHOICES:
This meeting was held on Wednesday, 20 August, 15h00 in the school hall. It was to inform parents about subject choices and careers for grade 9 learners. Thank you to all parents attending this very important meeting. We really appreciate it.
RE-REGISTRATION FOR 2025:
We have started with re-registration for 2025. Not all learners are automatically re-registered for the next academic year. Make sure you complete the form and send it to school ASAP. SOCCER BUS TO SOCCER CLUB:
Just a reminder that the bus transporting the soccer learners to the soccer club will stop to take the learners there from end of August. Please make alternative arrangements with the club.
GRADE 12 PREP EXAM:
Good luck to each of the grade 12 learners that will be starting with their prep exam on Monda, 25 August. We hope and trust that you will prepare thoroughly for every paper and put effort into your studies.
The grade 12 teachers have spent a lot of time making sure that you are ready for this exam and the final exam. They expect you not to disappoint them and that you will exceed all your own expectations.
