Good day to all parents
SCHOOL FEES:
Please make sure that your account is up to date. If you have any queries about your account, send an email to fees@cvc.africa (grade R – 7) and hsfees@cvc.africa (grade 8 – 12).
It stays your responsibility to make sure that your account is correct. Check the statement every month to avoid any problems at the end of the year.
It is of utmost importance to use the correct family code when paying school fees. School fees are allocated to learner account according to family code. No family code no allocation. Wrong family code, wrong allocation. As per contract, interest is charged monthly on outstanding accounts.
Make sure that your child’s fee is up to date. Thank you very much to all the parents that promptly pay the school fees before or on the 3rd of each month. We really appreciate it.
If the account is handed over, you have to pay into the debt collectors account AND NOT THE SCHOOL ACCOUNT. We don’t take any responsibility for that money that was paid into the school account. It will lie there under the NOT PROCESSED money.

MR & MISS CVC:
Thank you for everyone that took part and made this a very special event.
VACCINATION FOR RUBELLA VACCINE:
The department of Health will be visiting our school on the 15th of September.
South Africa has recently introduced a new Rubella vaccine which is combined with a measles vaccine. All children between the ages of 1 year and 15 years have never received this Measles Rubella Vaccination and remain at risk of rubella viral infection.
All learners, grade R to 15 years will be vaccinated on the 15th of September. All learners between these ages will receive a form in the next few days. This form needs to be complete and send back to school.
SHUT DOWN ON THE 18TH OF AUGUST:
We have received a message that there will be a Shut down in Ga-Rankuwa on the 18th of August. Our buses will pick up and drop off like normal school days. But if there are a road closure or dangerous situation, the bus will not go into the area or street. We put the safety of our children and bus drivers first. So if the bus did not pick up your child, you can transport yourself.
We will make sure that all tests and projects will be moved to another date, IF many learners are not at school. But at this time, all dates stays as it was given. All learners must still be prepared for all tests and projects of Monday, 18th of August.
Regards
Mr.JS Diedericks
Principal
