EXAM:
All learners will be writing their last paper on the 10th of June 2024. School will be out at 12h00. This will also be the last day the buses will pick up and drop off learners. The school will be open until the 13th of June 2024 when the office will be closing at 10h00.
SCHOOL FEES:
Please make sure that your account is up to date. If you have any queries about your account, send an email to fees@cvc.africa (grade R – 7) and hsfees@cvc.africa (grade 8 – 12).
It stays your responsibility to make sure that your account is correct. Check the statement every month to avoid any problems at the end of the year.
It is of utmost importance to use the correct family code when paying school fees. School fees are allocated to learner account according to family code. No family code no allocation. Wrong family code, wrong allocation. As per contract, interest is charged monthly on outstanding accounts.
Make sure that your child’s fee is up to date. Thank you very much to all the parents that promptly pay the school fees before or on the 3rd of each month. We really appreciate it.
RE-REGISTRATION FORMS FOR 2025:
If you did not yet send back the re-registration form, please do so before or on the 10th of June. We would like to finalize the spaces for 2025.
The school will be re-opening on the 9th of July for term 3/2024.
Reports will be handed out on the 12 of July 2024: Grade R – Grade 12.
