NEWSLETTER 18 | TERM 3 – 2023

Good day

RE-REGISTRATION FOR 2023:

Learners will receive re-registration forms for 2023.  Please complete it thoroughly and send it back to school ASAP.  There will be learners not receiving the re-registration form due to problems.  We will be having limited space in most grades, so please send it back ASAP.

SCHOOL UNIFORM:

This is something to be proud of and yet there are some learners that are very untidy and wrongly dressed.  Learners must have the correct uniform on every day. We know it is very cold in the mornings, but still, they need to dress according to school rules.  Learners with wrong uniform will be taken out and parents will be phoned to bring the correct uniform to school.  So, we do ask to make sure that your child is dressed according to school rules before they leave for school.

CASUAL DAY 2023:

Charlton Vos will help raise funds for the Via Nova school for disabled children on this day.  The cost is R20 per sticker that is sold for the casual day.  Each R 20 will go to Via Nova School.  It is not a fund raising for CVC.  Please help us to help this school and children to cover all costs for their special needs.

The R20 must be paid in with the register teacher.

THE SUNSHINE PROJECT:

This project will be running from 24 July – 30 October.  Each grade must donate a certain product that the school then will donate to those less fortunate than us.

We do ask that all Gr R – grade 12 learners will participate in this project.  The project is the initiative of the Grade 8 & Grade 9 learners and teachers. 

At the end of the letter is the product list for each grade.  Let us as school take hands and show the people we care.

The date for this event is 5 August at Ave on Iris (opposite school).
