Welcome back after a very nice holiday.
Term 3 is a very short but busy term. It is also the term where we mostly complete our work for the year. During this term it is very important to make sure that your child does his/her homework, study and hand in tasks/projects on time.
SCHOOL FEES:
Please make sure that your school fees are up to date. If you did not send the proof of overdue account, please do so immediately. You can send it to fees@cvc.africa. Please make sure you use the correct family code when making a payment.
No family code – No allocation to account of learner.
RE-REGISTRATION FOR 2023:
Learners will receive re-registration forms for 2023. Please complete it thoroughly and send it back to school ASAP. There will be learners not receiving the re-registration form due to problems. We will be having limited space in most grades, so please send it back ASAP.
SCHOOL UNIFORM:
This is something to be proud of and yet there are some learners that are very untidy and wrongly dressed. Learners must have the correct uniform on every day. We know it is very cold in the mornings, but still, they need to dress according to school rules. Learners with wrong uniform will be taken out and parents will be phoned to bring the correct uniform to school. So, we do ask to make sure that your child is dressed according to school rules before they leave for school.
MISS AND MR CVC:
We will be hosting a Miss and Mr CVC during this term. Learners are geared up for this fantastic event. The date for this event is 5 August at Ave on Iris (opposite school).
We would like to make use of this opportunity and thank our Sponsors for their contribution to this event. Please support them in the future.
MATRIC FAREWELL:
The grade 12 learners will be having their farewell on Friday 21 July 2023. They are almost done with school and we hope and trust that they will enjoy their farewell a lot.
Thank you to Mrs. Evette van Wyk for all the arrangements to make it a vey special day for them.
The school don’t arrange any after parties or weekend away. The school also didn’t give any consent for after parties or any other form of celebration after the farewell arranged by the school.
