Good day to all parents

We hope and trust that you are all still safe and healthy.

TEST/EXAM SERIES:

We have completed the test/exam series.  If any learner was ill/sick during the exam and missed a paper, such learner needs to produce a medical certificate from a dr or a positive covid test to be able to write the sick exam.  These exams will be scheduled for the first week of the new term.  Learners must be prepared to write all tests during the first week.

ILL/SICK LEARNERS:

If the school re-opens and your child is not feeling well or showing any symptoms of covid, please keep him/her at home and inform the register teacher.

SCHOOL FEES:

Please make sure that your account is up to date.  If you have any queries about your account, send an email to fees@cvc.africa, attention Me Heidi van der Merwe.

It stays your responsibility to make sure that your account is correct.  Check the statement every month to avoid any problems at the end of the year.

It is of utmost importance to use the correct family code when paying school fees.  School fees are allocated to learner account according to family code.  No family code no allocation.  Wrong family code, wrong allocation.  As per contract, interest is charged monthly on outstanding accounts.

IMPORTANT DATES:

School closes for Grade RR – grade 724 June 2021 at 12h00 Due to teachers being vaccinated on the 25th of June 2021.
School closes for Grade 8 – grade 1225 June 2021 at 11h30
School re-opens for term 3. All learners back at school.19 July 2021

SCHOOL UNIFORM:

Please make sure that your child is wearing the correct winter uniform. 

It is of the utmost importance that your family stays safe and healthy throughout the holiday.  Stay at home as far as possible.  We need to fight the 3rd wave together and we can only do that if we take hands and obey all the important rules of COVID-19:

Wear your mask, keep social distance, wash hands or sanitize hands regularly.
