SCHOOL FEES
All school fees must be paid up to the end of May. June school fees are payable by 3 June 2026.
We kindly request parents with outstanding fees to please make every effort to bring their accounts up to date as soon as possible. Learners whose accounts are in arrears will unfortunately not be allowed to make use of the free transport service rendered by the school until fees are fully paid up.
Parents who still have outstanding May school fees will soon need to make alternative transport arrangements for their children. Please note that all affected parents have already received an SMS or email notification regarding outstanding accounts and transport arrangements. We kindly ask parents to attend to these matters urgently to avoid inconvenience to their children.
It is extremely important that learners attend school every day. Parents are therefore requested to make the necessary transport arrangements to ensure that their child is at school daily. Once fees are up to date, learners may again make use of the school transport service.
We would also like to sincerely thank all parents who pay their school fees on time and make their children’s education a priority. Your commitment and support are greatly appreciated.
JUNE EXAMINATION
The June examinations are starting shortly and all learners need to be thoroughly prepared for every paper and practical assessment.
Exam timetables have already been handed out, therefore learners know exactly when each subject will be written.
Please note that school will be out at 13h00 from the 1st of June when exam starts for the Gr 4 – 7 learners. Kindly ensure that there is an adult available to fetch your child at the designated drop-off point earlier than usual during this time.
We wish all our learners the very best for the upcoming examinations.

CHESS IN-HOUSE COMPETITION
Our chess players had a wonderful time on Saturday during the in-house chess competition. They displayed remarkable talent, focus, and sportsmanship with every move they made.

RESPECT
Respect starts at home. While schools educate learners academically, parents play one of the most important roles in teaching life values, manners, discipline, and respect.
Unfortunately, we are seeing more and more young people showing little respect for adults, fellow learners, property, and authority. Arrogance, rude behaviour, and the attitude of “knowing everything” have become common influences in society, and many learners start believing that such behaviour is acceptable.
Our learners are still growing, learning, and preparing for the adult world.
They still have a long road ahead and need guidance from both parents and teachers. We must teach them to be kind, humble, respectful, obedient, and considerate towards others.
Good manners, respect, honesty, and self-discipline will open far more doors in life than arrogance ever will. Let us work together to raise a generation that can make us proud.

HYGIENE
Personal hygiene is extremely important and must be taught and encouraged at home from a young age. Parents play a vital role in teaching learners how to take care of themselves properly.
We especially want to encourage our girls to pay careful attention to daily hygiene habits. Cleanliness, neatness, proper grooming, fresh clothing, and personal care are not only important for health reasons, but also help build self-confidence and self-respect.
Learners should:
- Bath regularly
- Wear clean uniforms
- Brush their teeth daily
- Use deodorant where necessary
- Keep hair neat and clean
- Practice good hygiene habits at school and at home
Poor hygiene can affect a learner socially, emotionally, and medically. Let us work together to teach our children the importance of cleanliness, selfcare, and pride in their appearance.
