We hope that everyone is ready for this winter season. It is important to drink vitamins and to make sure that all our learners stay healthy during this season.
JUNE EXAM:
The exam commenced on the 1st of June 2023. We do ask that you help your child in preparing for every subject thoroughly.
Please remind your child that they are not allowed to have a phone on the during exam time (not even if it is switched off). Keep phone at home if possible.
This is a very important exam. Learners are not allowed to wear PT clothes during exam time. All learners need to wear the correct school uniform at all times. If a learner is not properly dressed or does not follow the school rules, such learner will have to phone their parents to bring them the correct uniform before they will go to class. We do ask parents to make sure your child is correctly dressed before the board the bus or get dropped off.
School will be out at 12h00 from the 1st of June until the school closes for this term.
If your child is writing the second session, please make the necessary transport arrangements for him/her after the exam session in the afternoon.
Learners that did not perform well or failed, did not study. (Remember: If your child fails – he/she will not be re-registered for 2024. We do not have space available.)
SCHOOL FEES:
Please make sure that your school fees are up to date. If you did not send the proof of overdue account, please do so immediately. You can send it to fees@cvc.africa. Please make sure you use the correct family code when making a payment.
No family code – No allocation to account of learner.
MISS AND MR CVC:
We will be hosting a Miss and Mr CVC in the next term. Learners are geared up for this fantastic event. The date for this event is 5 August at Ave on Iris (opposite school).
Tickets for mr and miss CVC will be sold at Teacher Roenette’s class from 18 July till 21 July for parents only. Only thereafter learners can buy during register period. First come first serve.
Ticket price: R 150 pp
