Welcome back to a new term, we hope everyone rested well during this holiday.

TERM 1 REPORTS:

Please take note that reports will be handed out to the learners on Friday, 11 April. Please ensure that you see your child’s report.

SCHOOL FEES:

We would like to remind you that your fees must be paid before or on the 3^rd of each month (even during holidays).  Please make sure that your child’s account is up to date.  Accounts that are in arrears will be handed over and such a learner will receive a letter indicating that we will not be able to register this specific child for the next academic year.  All fees need to be up to date every month.

PARENT DAYS: (parents will be seen individually)

We will be hosting parent days for each grade.  Some parents will receive an invite, which means that your child did not pass the term or your child needs specific attention to do better the next term.

No learner will be progressed, if they pass, they have passed on their own.  If a learner is constantly progressed to the next grade, how can such learner then pass grade 12 and be on standard?

Parents who are not invited and feel they need to see a teacher can contact the teacher or school to arrange an appointment.

SCHOOL UNIFORM:
As you know, our learners can start wearing their WINTER UNIFORM as from the 1^st of May every year.  All learners will be wearing winter uniform from 1^st of May until the end of August.  We do ask that you make sure your child has the correct uniform for winter.
It is available at Silver Cross.  Make sure when you buy at another outfitter that they are selling you the correct uniform.  We deal directly with Silver Cross.
