SCHOOL UNIFORM:
Just a reminder that as from 1 May 2023, all learners must wear WINTER UNIFORM. Make sure that your child is wearing the correct winter uniform, available from Silver Cross in Pretoria-North.
PARENT DAYS BY INVITATION ONLY:
As you know we had a parent day that was for all parents. The upcoming parent days will be by invitation only. It is for learners that failed the term, or did very bad and can do better. We do ask that you come early to avoid waiting long and that all parents can still be able to use public transport to get home safely after the parent days.

Parents that would like to see the teacher and did not receive an invitation can arrange a meeting with the teacher via WhatsApp.
SCHOOL FEES:
Please make sure that your school fees are up to date. If you did not send the proof of overdue account, please do so immediately. You can send it to fees@cvc.africa. Please make sure you use the correct family code when making a payment.
No family code – No allocation to account of learner.
SICK/ILL LEARNERS:
If your child is ill, specifically with contagious illness like mumps, chicken pox etc. they need to be kept at home for at least 5 days. When a child has fever, they can’t attend school at all. This is for the safety of your child and all the other children in the class as well as the teacher.
With winter we know that learners get flu. Make sure you give them the necessary vitamins to avoid them getting sick. It is also very important that they eat healthy to have strength to fight all winter viruses.
We are not allowed to distribute any medicine at school. Please don’t send medicine to school, administer it at home.
WHOLE SCHOOL EVALUATION:
All parents will be receiving a Whole School Evaluation form that must be completed and send back not later than Monday 24 April 2023. Your child must hand it in at the register teacher on Monday morning.
