The mission determines the direction which the school will follow. A high premium will be placed on collective values shared by all. Success is only possible when a spirit of involvement and support prevails amongst all interested parties. No excuses for incorrect actions will be tolerated and purposeful correction will be of the utmost importance.

The responsibility of the teaching staff will be to effectively apply the four managerial tasks viz. planning, organisation, leadership and control. Furthermore, the staff should lead the pupils to enable them to take responsibility for their own future a positive, practical and constructive culture of learning.

We shall strive towards a partnership between parents, school and community from which the child may benefit. All interested parties should strive towards a fixed purpose for it brings desire, enthusiasm, energy, determination and acceptance.
