AFTER SCHOOL:
All learners need to be fetched from school not later than 14h15. WE DON’T HAVE AN AFTERCARE AND THE SECURITY AND SCHOOL ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD AFTER 14H15.
Please make the necessary arrangements with the after care service or taxi transport that you make use of. Some of them comes very late every afternoon to fetch the learners from school.
SCHOOL PHOTOS:
The photographer has been here for 3 days for school photos. Order forms will be handed out next week to all the learners grade R to grade 12. Make sure that you complete the order form thoroughly and send the money in an envelope to school before the 29th of March 2017. No orders or money will be taken after this date.
LATE COMING:
Thank you, it is much better, less learners are late for school. BUT there are still parents that drop their learners off late at school. Late comers are disturbing the class when coming into period 1 late. Therefore they will not be allowed to enter the class while the teachers are busy. They will stay at the gate until the end of the first period.
Bell rings at 7h40, period 1 starts at 7h45.
When the first bell rings all learners need to be lined up in front of period 1 class.
COOLER BAGS:
Cooler bags are available here at school. The amount is R 90,00. It is not available at office. They will buy it from Teacher Daphney Grade 1A – Room 73 and Teacher Jessica Grade 3A – Room 48.
The foundation phase teachers did mention this in the letter that went out parent’s day.
